Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our marketing strategy from digital initiatives to brand management and operations. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building inspiring and guiding a diverse team of marketing professionals to achieve ambitious business goals. Youll be a key leader in shaping our brands future and ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision & Leadership:
    • Define and Articulate Marketing Vision: Develop a compelling long-term marketing vision and strategy that directly supports and accelerates the companys overall business goals and revenue targets.
    • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the annual and quarterly marketing planning process translating high-level objectives into actionable strategies and detailed execution plans for each team function.
    • Thought Leadership: Serve as the primary marketing voice within the organization staying ahead of industry trends technologies and consumer behavior and integrating these insights into strategic planning.
    • Budget & Resource Stewardship: Own and meticulously manage the entire marketing budget making strategic allocation decisions to maximize ROI across all channels and initiatives.
    • Performance Accountability: Establish clear measurable KPIs and success metrics for the entire marketing department and individual functions holding the team accountable for achieving ambitious targets.
  2. Brand & Communications Oversight:
    • Brand Guardian: protect the companys brand identity ensuring consistency authenticity and resonance across all marketing channels communications and customer touchpoints.
    • Narrative Development: Oversee the development of compelling brand narratives messaging frameworks and value propositions that differentiate the company in the market.
    • Reputation Management: Strategically manage public relations corporate communications and reputation management efforts to enhance brand perception and mitigate risks.
  3. Integrated Marketing Execution & Optimization:
    • Content & Creative Direction: Direct the content strategy and creative vision ensuring all content (written visual video) is high-quality on-brand and optimized for performance across relevant channels.
    • Strategic Event Planning: Guide the Event Manager in developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy including conferences webinars and proprietary events that align with marketing and business objectives.
    • Digital Marketing Excellence: Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all digital marketing efforts ensuring optimal performance in SEO SEM social media email marketing and display advertising with a clear focus on acquisition and engagement.
    • Lead Generation Mastery: Drive sophisticated lead generation strategies focusing on attracting nurturing and converting high-quality leads that directly contribute to sales pipeline growth. Ensure robust qualification processes and seamless handoff to sales.
    • Marketing Operations & Tech Stack: Oversee the marketing operations function to ensure efficient processes effective utilization of marketing technology (CRM automation analytics platforms) and clean data management.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics:
    • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define critical metrics and reporting standards for all marketing initiatives. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Strategic Insights: Translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the team and senior leadership demonstrating clear ROI on marketing investments.
    • Forecasting & Planning: Utilize historical data and market intelligence to develop accurate forecasts for marketing performance and budget planning.
  5. People Leadership & Team Development:
    • Inspirational Leadership: Motivate mentor and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals (Content Manager Brand Ambassador Digital Marketing Specialist Marketing Operations Specialist Web Designer Graphic Designer Event Manager Data Analyst).
    • Talent Management & Development: Be directly responsible for talent acquisition onboarding performance management and career pathing for all direct reports. Foster a culture of continuous learning professional growth and skill development within the team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration within the marketing team and actively bridge communication gaps between marketing and other departments (Sales Customer Success Admin List and Certification Executive Leadership) to ensure integrated strategies and alignment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Masters degree highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • 7 years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct people management experience including coaching mentoring and developing marketing professionals across various specializations (digital content design operations events data).
  • Demonstrated success in building scaling and optimizing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic planning capabilities with the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear executable marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in marketing analytics data interpretation and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A natural leader who is inspiring empathetic decisive and holds a high level of accountability for results.
  • Experience with brand management public relations and corporate communications.
  • Proficiency with leading marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
