Job Description

Top 3 Keys:

Associates Degree Preferred (not required)
Strong Excel Experience
AP & AR Experience

Team:

Will be paired with Senior Accountants that handle the GL work for their portfolio

Responsibilities:

Will help a team own a portfolio of 50 locations
Day-to-day

AP
AR
Cash Recs (weekly & daily)
Credit Card Recs
Eventually will work on Bank Reconciliations and accruals

ERP:

Great Plains Excel

Schedule:

5 days in office

Candidate Profile:

0-2 years someone looking for their first job (w/ internship experience) or someone that might have had a temp job or looking for their second role

Can also take a seasoned person with strong AP/AR experience

Needs to be sharp and presentable they ll pass on people just for personality.
