We are looking for a highly analytical and detailoriented Deals Account Manager to support deal operations for our business partners on Amazon Belgium. This role acts as the primary liaison between Amazon and sellers ensuring seamless of promotions and optimizing deal performance.
As a Deals Account Manager you will provide timely and accurate support to sellers account managers and product teams while ensuring all deals comply with guidelines and deliver value to customers. You should be comfortable working with Excel (including VLOOKUPs pivot tables and filters) to analyze deal performance track trends and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
This position requires a strong focus on datadriven decisionmaking process optimization and seller support in a fastpaced eCommerce environment.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for deal validation and scheduling ensuring that promotions meet quality standards and are set up correctly. This will involve reviewing deal submissions troubleshooting errors and coordinating scheduling.
Act as the main point of contact for sellers regarding deal setup troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Use Excel and data analysis tools to track deal performance identify trends and optimize promotions.
Review and validate deal submissions ensuring quality and compliance with internal guidelines.
Manage seller communication efforts including translations database handling and mass outreach campaigns.
Guide sellers on how to participate in daily promotions and hightraffic sales events.
Work closely with Account Managers and Program Managers to resolve seller inquiries and improve deal processes.
Develop and refine internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve deal operations.
Maintain high levels of accuracy organization and efficiency while handling multiple tasks.

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables Filters and basic data analysis techniques).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English French and/or Dutch (fluency in at least two of these languages is required).
Bachelors degree with 14 years of relevant work experience (eCommerce retail or operations preferred).
Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Experience with SQL is a plus but not required.
Previous experience in retail eCommerce or a techdriven business environment.
Track record of high performance in quality and productivity metrics.
