Description
About You
Ideally you are detailed orientated with strong communication and organisational skills. You are driven and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
What you will do in the role
- Place customer orders on vendor via dedicated online portals and email
- Assist with order queries including ETAs and delivery enquires
- Manage order changes split deliveries and forward orders
- Resolve order issues and/or escalate to team leader
- Work with product managers to ensure order pricing is correct when required
- Provide backup to the HP Team claims team when required to process pricing claims on vendors
- Liaise with the sales team product managers warehouse and couriers to provide the upmost service for our customers.
- Adhoc administration tasks including report generation and ETA management as requested by Operations Manager

What you will need to succeed in the role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deliver the right outcome
- Both your written and verbal communication is clear concise and confident
- You can multitask and have strong organisational and prioritisation skills. You can work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail you understand customers needs and requirements
- You like problem solving
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
