Roles and Responsibilities: - Order Review: Review orders for accuracy and completeness before processing. (Check list)
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into SAP.
- Customer Communication- Mail : Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any discrepancies/order acknowledgement/order confirmation.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain data sheet for order pending for amendments/date confirmation.
- Resolution: Resolve order-related issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel/ Team members. (Errors while entry of orders)
- Pending order Follow up: Update on pending order for entry and follow up for closing pending orders.
- Dispatch : Process dispatch for end user/service. (New candidate will not be assigned dispatch immediately will be trained in future based on requirement)
Candidate should have
Educational background BA BCom (graduate)
Fluency in English (read and write)
Experience minimum 2 yrs working in a similar role.
