Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support by responding to client inquiries resolving issues efficiently and anticipating client needs
- Liaise with custodians vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Actively contribute to enhancing the overall client experience
- Oversee onboarding account maintenance and closure processes
- Manage account configurations data feeds compliance settings and funding verifications
- Monitor performance data across various strategies and ensure timely updates (daily monthly quarterly)
- Investigate and resolve performance anomalies and client-related issues promptly
- Generate and distribute quarterly and custom client reports
- Lead or support automation and workflow optimization initiatives
- Assist with trade settlements cash contributions and withdrawals
- Coordinate with the external compliance team to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Manage timely preparation and filing of regulatory documents (e.g. ADV 13F employee reporting)
- Identify risks and contribute to the development of compliance processes and protocols
- Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows to drive efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment client service trading and compliance teams
- Support standardization efforts and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or relevant field
- 57 years of experience in operations preferably within the financial services sector
- Proven dedication to high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for process improvement
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Analytical and solutions-focused with a positive and proactive mindset
