Location: Gurgaon (full time)
Department: Branded Content Entertainment & Sports Practice
Reporting To: National Head
Experience Required: 810 years in branded content sports marketing media partnerships or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
(A) Business Strategy:
1. Manage the business P&L for North by ensuring profit maximisation people management product development and process.
2. Develop and execute content strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Lead ideation and conceptualization of contentdriven campaigns ensuring seamless brand integration.
3. Oversee storytelling and creative direction to enhance brand recall and engagement.
(B) Client & Stakeholder Management:
1. Act as a strategic advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations on branded content and sports sponsorships.
2. Lead presentations and pitches for new business opportunities in branded content influencer marketing gaming and sports marketing.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (creative media analytics) to execute campaigns effectively.
(C) Campaign & Performance Tracking:
1. Oversee endtoend of branded content campaigns from production to amplification.
2. Measure campaign performance using relevant KPIs (engagement reach ROI brand uplift) and provide insights for future improvements.
(D) Innovation & Industry Trends:
1. Stay ahead of industry trends in branded content sports marketing and digital storytelling.
2. Experiment with emerging content formats (AR VR interactive live streaming) to create breakthrough brand experiences.
3. Foster relationships with key industry players agencies and content creators to drive innovation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of branded content storytelling and digital content marketing. Experience in sports marketing sponsorships and partnerships.
2. Ability to craft compelling brand narratives through content and influencer collaborations.
3. Strong leadership team management and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Analytical mindset with experience in measuring content and sponsorship effectiveness.
6. Knowledge of content production distribution and media buying is a plus.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with media agencies sports marketing firms content studios or brandside marketing teams. Handson experience in managing largescale branded content and sports partnership projects.
