Responsibilities may include:
Oversee the quality assurance program for assigned waiver homes.
Ensure all quality policies and procedures are developed updated implemented and monitored to include regulatory changes as needed.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all regulatory standards and laws.
Serve as point of contact for quality assurance initiatives for assigned waiver homes.
Ensure the implementation of programmatic support systems (i.e. UI/MUI tracking and trending IP program design staffing models etc.
Lead survey process in assigned regions including but not limited to conducting mock surveys point of contact for pre/post survey meetings.
Conduct quality assurance audits in homes.
Requirements for this position include:
Fouryear degree in social services or a related field.
Previous supervisory/management experience.
Experience within the field of developmental disabilities is required residential experience is preferred.
Experience in quality assurance and regulatory standards within the IDD field is required.
