Job Description
- Strategically influence lead innovation and drive best practice in academic integrity
- Lead a newly established central Academic Integrity Unit

The role
- Full Time 35 hours per week continuing
- Level 10 $137977 to $146330 pa (plus 17 superannuation)
- Located at any Charles Sturt University regional campus (hybrid/WFH arrangements may be available)
This newly created role will empower you to cultivate and champion a strong culture of academic integrity across the university. Reporting to the Director Academic Quality Standards and Integrity you will lead the Academic Integrity Unit managing the strategic oversight and operational excellence in academic misconduct processes.
This is a unique opportunity to enhance the Universitys culture of academic integrity through leadership of the Academic Integrity Unit. The role will see you shape policy and practice educate and develop others and lead a unit committed to fair and consistent application of academic standards.

To excel in this role you will demonstrate:
- A commitment to fostering and enhancing academic integrity culture.
- Extensive experience managing academic integrity and academic misconduct issues.
- Proven leadership capability with effective people management and mentoring experience.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills enabling informed decisionmaking.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities and clear influential communication skills.
