General Overview of the Position:
The Marketing and Communications department at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland seeks a teamcentric professional with great project management skills to help manage and track through completion the diverse and everincreasing flow of demands being placed on its dynamic Marketing & Communications team.
This will include but not be limited to: running the teams project management software system; coordinating with inhouse print shop and thirdparty vendors; handling advertising buys; and miscellaneous event support. Additionally this professional will provide administrative support for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This unique position requires a highly motivated professional who is extremely organized detailoriented able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously adept at building and tracking production schedules and has the interpersonal skills to help resolve scheduling conflicts and bandwidth limitations in order to manage expectations effectively as you interact with people from across the organization.
The Marketing Project Coordinator reports to the Managing Director Marketing Operations.
