We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of facilities and equipment through the supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

    Requirements:

    • Final-year student or recent graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
    • Strong leadership organization and decision-making skills.
    • Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
    • Able to lead and support technical teams.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
    • Available to work rotating shifts weekends and handle emergencies outside regular hours.
    • Basic understanding of how to review and compare service or material quotations.
    • Intermediate English (reading writing and speaking).
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office and maintenance tools (preferred).

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate supervise and control repair work for office furniture equipment and infrastructure.
    • Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of office assets.
    • Ensure the proper functioning of all company equipment scheduling maintenance as needed.
    • Create maintain and manage the Occupational Health and Safety Program.
    • Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene policies.
    • Lead the industrial safety committee and oversee legal compliance.
    • Manage service contracts and advise management on cost-reduction projects and energy efficiency initiatives.

    Budget

    RD$ 45000.00 mas 10% ajustado a indicadores

    • Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    • On saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
