As theAccount Director for SharkNinja you will be the strategic and creative bridge between our key stakeholders and internal teams. Youll be responsible for leading key stakeholder relationships ensuring creative excellence and driving business growth while overseeing campaign delivery from concept to . This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency productivity and seamless operations between the IMC and D2C Teams and other relevant key stakeholders within the business. Working closely with the Creative Teams drawing on creative production experience to achieve outstanding results with hugely fast paced high turnover of complex briefs and projects across Shark and Ninja.

Key Responsibilities;

Creative & Campaign Development

Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop and deliver innovative and effective campaigns.

Champion creative excellence and push for outstanding work that meets and exceeds key stakeholder expectations.

Provide clear insightful feedback to guide the creative process.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and inspire account managers andproject manager team members. Provide feedback in regular 121s and carry out end of year reviews.

Foster a collaborative and highperforming work environment.

Work closely with production digital marketing and media teams to ensure seamless campaign .

Knowledge skills & abilities

  • 10 year proven experience in an account leadership role within an inhouse creative or advertising agency.
  • Experience working with FMCGs for a global retailer.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience managing largescale campaigns across multiple channels (digital social print experiential packaging etc..
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
