You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service process from beginning to end.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time position with hourly range of $11.00 to $13.00 paid biweekly. In addition to competitive compensation we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) plan paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinate with technicians to provide timely and efficient service to customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
