Job Overview

We are seeking a MidLevel Business Development Executive to join our team in Andheri. This fulltime role requires a passionate individual with a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in the business development field. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding market reach and enhancing client engagement specifically bringing expertise in selling fitness equipment and managing a dealer network to drive growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets through strategic initiatives and customer engagement with specific experience in selling fitness equipment.
  • Market Research (Mandatory skill): Ability to conduct indepth research to understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Dealer Network Management: Experience in managing and supporting a dealer network to enhance product reach and customer service.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals that align with company goals and client requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients stakeholders and team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Capable of developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve longterm business objectives and market expansion.
  • Lead Generation: Proficient in identifying and generating leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to clients and prospects to showcase company offerings.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring consistent communication and support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve service offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and commitments.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients clearly communicating the value of company products and services.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities client interactions and progress towards achieving business development goals.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to continually enhance skills and improve business development efforts.
  • Manage and optimize the dealer network to improve market coverage and increase sales of fitness equipment.
