Job Description
- Find sort or move goods between different sections unit and departments and receive unpack and track merchandise
- Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customers order
- Compare items packed with customer orders and other identifying data for quality control
- Compile reports on the progress of work and on any production problems that arise
- Track material inventory prepare new material orders monitor order schedules for inventory control and maintain inventory records
- Maintain contact with vendors to ensure that supplies and equipment are shipped on time
- Prepare material estimates to ensure enough materials are available to complete production projects.
Requirements
- A college degree in the organizations industry administration or a related field is beneficial
- General math skills and experience working with data
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member
- Ability to fulfill the companys standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
- Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to customers clients or staff
- Have an eye for detail and organization
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
- Schedule project timelines in order to predict the finish date for larger projects

Salary: $26.00 $52.88 per hour
