Job Description

  • Establish and coordinate logistics networks for Dry Fresh and Non-Food product categories in collaboration with logistics service providers (LSPs).
  • Ensure the implementation and feasibility of the national logistics network roadmap.
  • Optimize product flow methods (flow types) and establish efficient and effective processes for both direct and indirect shipments.
  • Ensure the effective establishment and continuous development of operational structures and IT infrastructure for direct and indirect shipment processes.
  • Select appropriate logistics providers in compliance with IFS C&C requirements for store-to-customer deliveries organize related operations and oversee their execution.
  • Develop collaboration frameworks with suppliers and define logistics-related operational standards.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of supply chain practices in stores; coordinate the transition of applicable processes from stores to logistics platforms.
  • Ensure the achievement of efficiency cost and service level targets across suppliers platforms and warehouses.
  • Collect logistics-related demands from stores and central departments; manage coordination with LSPs and oversee collaboration processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure import operations are completed accurately on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Participate in activities aligned with ISO 22000 food safety management system requirements.
  • Take responsibility for the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of IFS Logistics and IFS Wholesale Cash & Carry standards; participate in internal audits when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree from Engineering Economics Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain management logistics processes and import operations.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management systems such as WMS and SAP.
  • Knowledge of customs and import regulations.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to business processes.
  • Customer- and store-operation oriented mindset.
  • Dynamic systematic and solution-focused work approach.
