Construction Law Partner

Location: Swansea
Salary:per annum (DOE)

Our clients national law firm is seeking a Construction Law Partner to lead and grow its Construction team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take a leadership role within a rapidly expanding firm.

The Role

  • Handle complex construction litigation and contractual matters.
  • Lead on business development expanding the firms client base.
  • Mentor and oversee junior solicitors fostering a highperforming team.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients across commercial and infrastructure projects.

About You

  • 10 years PQE in construction law ideally with leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in both contentious and noncontentious matters.
  • A commercially driven lawyer with a track record in business development.
