The Opportunity:
Were on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is not any Sales Manager role; its an opportunity to work with the best in the industry and shape the future of pool construction. As a Sales Manager at Anthony & Sylvan Pools you will:
- Lead your team by hiring training and motivating successful Sales Design Consultants
- Make an impact by increasing market share sales revenue and profitability.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Were not just interested in your qualifications; we want to know what makes you tick. To excel in this role you should have the following:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years of experience in sales preferably inhome B to C.
- 3 years in sales management role supervising a commissionedbased sales team.
- 24 years of Marketing experience.
- A gogetter attitude and one that thrives on helping others succeed.
- An innovative mind that can motivate and show excitement for our product.
- An understanding of the value of communication and CRM.
- Drive to negotiate problem solve analyze data and apply financial skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills creative and forward thinking with the ability to teach develop and coach subordinates.
