Job Description
- Location: Karachi Onsite ( Monday - Friday - 8 Hour Flexible Morning/Evening Shift)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in design/development-related Upwork bidding
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Communication: Strong English (written/verbal) for client meetings and presentations.
- Proposal Writing: Crafting tailored compelling proposals.
- Critical Thinking: Strategic planning for bids.
- Research: Analyzing job postings clients and competition.
- Client Interaction: Conducting meetings to understand and address client needs.
- Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends.
- Target-Driven: Meeting sales targets set by the manager.
- Bid Management: Monitoring and adjusting bids based on feedback.
- Teamwork: Responsible collaboration in a team setting.
