Director of Human Resources – Lead with Purpose and Impact

What You'll Do
  • Shape the Future: Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and advances the bank's ambitious growth and expansion plans including the launch of mobile branches and a new brickandmortar location.
  • Build and Inspire: Lead mentor and grow an operationally excellent HR department that executes flawlessly continuously improves and are ambassadors for the servicefirst brand.
  • Develop Culture of Trust: Enhance the organization's HR brand by fostering a culture of transparency collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Drive Impact: Develop leaders and managers through ongoing coaching and support ensuring that classroom principles are applied to create highperforming teams and a positive workplace experience.
  • Ensure Compliance and Excellence: Oversee all HR functions from compliance with federal bank regulations to managing compensation and benefits.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Strategic and HandsOn: You’re not just a strategist—you must be able to operationalize ideas and make them a reality.
  • TechSavvy and Agile: Proficient with Excel and HRIS platforms (such as Paycor) you’re ready to streamline processes improve efficiency and manage with data & metrics.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust and partnerships across the organization from the Csuite to branch staff.
  • Experienced and Confident: Minimum of 7 years in an HR leadership role with 3 years as an HR Director. Banking and federal contractor experience preferred.
Location and Flexibility
  • OnSite Presence with Flexibility: While the role is primarily onsite flexibility is available as needed.
