Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Business Partnering
Monitor and support for employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit
2. HR Operations
Strong understanding of HR Analytics with expertise in creating reports preparing HR presentations and HR MIS dashboards as required by management as per defined timelines.
Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities last mile delivery along with relevant stakeholders on Employee Life Cycle Self Service matters like reimbursement exit queries transfers contract terms payroll related queries etc.
3. Employee Engagement
Employees connect in a planned way with closure of actionable points presentation of reports to Tier 1 for findings and feedbacks
Run and manage New joiner connect program and support then in settling down in organizational culture. Also engaging the potential employees through connect session prior to their joining.
4. Performance Management
Driving goal setting exercise
Supporting in closure of Midyear and Annual performance evaluation exercise
5. Measures of Success
Business Partnering : Managing the employee lifecycle wit no or less than 1 of escalation
HR Operations: preparation of required MIS Dashboard F&F inputs within timelines with no error. 95 adherence in closure of employee query in stipulated time
