Tricks of the trade
- Invoice ownership & analysis: Take full ownership of the invoice processing workflow and perform basic analyses on Picnics invoices
- Reporting collaboration: Collaborate with financial operations teams on periodic reporting processes
- Supplier communication: Manage the finance mailbox and serve as the primary contact for supplier inquiries
- Damage settlements: Oversee financial settlements for external damages efficiently and accurately
- Debt management: Monitor and manage outstanding receivables and handle communication with our collection agency
Your superpowers
- Completed Apprenticeship/Vocational Training orBachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics or Bookkeeping
- 04 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail accuracy and a structured approach
- Beyond basic MS Excel and data analysis skills
- ERPsystem knowledge (Workday is a plus)
- Fluency in German and English
- A proactive handson attitude with a creative and problemsolving mindset
- Assertive in driving continuous improvement
