YOUR MISSION

We are looking for someone to join our Rider CRM team within the Rider Experience team. We are a team dedicated to crafting and implementing longterm lifecycle strategies designed to engage riders with our app and drive incremental business results. As a CRM Specialist you will be an integral part of a team that thinks big continuously pushing the boundaries to deliver impactful communication strategies that align with our companys.

THE JOURNEY

  • Assist in Developing Riders Communication Strategies: Support in creating and executing CRM communication strategies aimed at engaging riders. Help improve rider retention and satisfaction by contributing to the design and implementation of communication plans that align with the teams goals.
  • Contribute to CRM Project Management: Help manage communication projects from start to finish. Youll coordinate with other teams track timelines and ensure that communication initiatives are delivered on time contributing to the success of the Logistics Clusters objectives.
  • Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with the Logistic and other teams to ensure communication efforts are wellcoordinated.
  • Optimize Rider Communications: Assist in continuously improving and personalizing communications based on datadriven insights.
  • Performance analysis: Track campaign results conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to continuously improve performance across all channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1 year of experience in marketing automation lifecycle management or CRM campaign .
  • Experience implementing customer lifecycle stages and working with CRM platforms (Braze knowledge is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges headon managing projects effectively and delivering results even when faced with obstacles.
  • Strong Prioritization and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis selfassessment of campaigns and strategy support. You are comfortable working with datasets to derive actionable insights that complement the teams broader analytical work.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to craft and execute endtoend communication strategies that are datadriven and aligned with business objectives.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment balancing attention to detail with the need for quick . You work well under pressure and maintain a positive collaborative attitude.
