This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Client Timezone: Central time
Dedicated position working exclusively with the client
Start with 3 immediate client setups with a roadmap to support dozens or hundreds of future clients as the business scales
Responsible for both initial system setup and ongoing optimization live support and implementation across clients and its sub-accounts
Expected to align with the operations of a growing digital and consulting business supporting high-value projects and international clientele
Opportunity to participate in affiliate program with potential to generate passive recurring income through platform referrals
Set up and configure GoHighLevel (white-labeled as ME Suite) for new clients from initial onboarding through full implementation
Handle backend infrastructure setup including email configuration domain connection VoIP/phone number setup and system integrations
Provide hands-on guidance and training to clients on CRM usage funnel creation email nurture sequences and automation setups
Provide live chat email and phone support to select clients during business hours
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure systems operate smoothly
Connect and configure various platforms including social media accounts (Facebook Instagram) and payment processing tools
Create and maintain consistent setup processes to ensure all clients receive standardized high-quality service
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients who prefer to pay for expertise rather than spend time learning complex systems
Support internal systems and sub-accounts including scheduling content and supporting automation workflows
Participate in ME Suite affiliate program (optional) earning passive income through client referrals
Minimum of 2 years preferably 3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel / ME Suite (this is a must)
Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with high-level clients
Demonstrated expertise in CRM setup marketing automation and digital infrastructure
Experience with backend configuration including VoIP DNS/email domains and troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to clearly explain complex tools and train non-technical users with patience
Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Stripe Mailgun etc.)
Experience scheduling AI-generated content and managing a marketing calendar is a plus
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality capable of delivering consistent high-quality implementations independently
