Job Description

Set-up and Location: Onsite that can be flexible to WFH (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM-4:00 (PH Time)

About the Role

We re on the lookout for an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant to support the growth and brand presence of our client s design and lifestyle brands across Australia and Asia. This is a hands on diverse role ideal for someone who loves design storytelling and creative strategy no two days will be the same. From planning social content and formatting builder presentations to helping launch the next magazine issue or pulling together property campaigns across Australia and Asia you ll be deeply involved in shaping the voice presence and reach of a growing design focused group.


You will work directly with the Managing Director a rewarding and dynamic role to help deliver content and campaigns that are strategic stylish and aligned with the brand amplifying its message both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across all brands.

  • Create and schedule content for social media EDMs and digital ads.

  • Prepare visually engaging content using Canva or Adobe Suite including brochures project flyers event assets proposal documents and branded templates.

  • Assist with the coordination editing and distribution of the digital magazine including article layouts contributor communications and campaign planning.

  • Support the build out of the Rewards Program including digital materials promotional tools ambassador assets and ongoing communication packs.

  • Update and manage websites and online galleries across all brands.

  • Support internal communications (team updates wins news events).

  • Assist with award entries brand partnerships and PR initiatives.

  • Monitor performance analytics and compile marketing reports.

  • Liaise with photographers stylists and external suppliers as required.




Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 3 5 years of marketing experience (or relevant degree in Marketing Communications Media or Design).

  • Proficiency in Canva Adobe InDesign or other design tools.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram LinkedIn Mailchimp and WordPress.

  • Strong writing ability from social captions and email blurbs to campaign copy and documents.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetic consistency and brand tone.

  • Comfortable managing a variety of tasks platforms and projects simultaneously.

Desirable Qualities

  • Passion for architecture interiors property lifestyle or travel.

  • Knowledge of Australian and/or Southeast Asian design trends is a plus.

  • Able to follow a brief while also bringing fresh ideas and creative input.

  • A keen interest in media storytelling and visual identity.

  • Self motivated highly organized and comfortable working in a fast paced creative environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. Proficiency in using WordPress for website management. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor. Strong content writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise copy. Competency in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
