About the role:
Our client is a leading financial services firm seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment supporting a growing workforce across Ireland and the UK.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in HR Business or a related discipline with proven payroll experience and strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation. UK payroll or pension knowledge would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and benefits for Ireland and the UK via an outsourced provider.
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries bonuses and pension contributions.
- Liaise with Revenue HMRC and pension administrators on all relevant matters.
- Maintain and report on employee data using HRIS (Dayforce).
- Support audits and contribute to payroll process improvements.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in HR Business or a related discipline is essential.
- Strong Irish payroll knowledge; UK experience is a plus.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll and pension providers.
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred).
- High attention to detail discretion and strong interpersonal skills.
