What does your day to day look like

• Set and communicate sales direction develop strategic business plans and align team goals with broader business objectives for revenue growth and client retention.
• Mentor coach and train the team fostering a positive culture and ensuring team cohesion while overseeing recruitment performance assessments and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships drive revenue through effective sales strategies and manage digital assets and advertising sales for the Brisbane market.
• Oversee sales operations including forecasting trade agreements and sales promotions while collaborating with internal teams to optimize pricing strategies and market responses.
• Compile and analyze reports on revenue performance market trends and client needs ensuring systems are in place to drive team success and inform broader sales strategies.
• Manage sales activities including contract approvals and promotional campaigns while representing the company at sales/clientrelated functions both during and outside business hours.

What youll need:

• 3 years as a Group Sales Manager in Brisbane leading and coaching a highperformance sales team to achieve and exceed challenging targets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels coupled with a robust network across Brisbanes toptier media agencies.
• Proven track record in solving complex issues driving innovation and continuously seeking improvements.
• A passion for Australian media audio and digital advertising with a deep understanding of the sector.
• High professionalism charisma and superior presentation skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
