Job Description
Job Title: Director of Nursing
Job Location: Holyoke MA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- You are responsible for nursing clinical administration and supervision
- You will work in collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director on fiscal management creating and developing clinically sound consumer-oriented services responsive to community need
- You will actively work with senior management and program staff to provide: policies procedures training budget management and interventions
- Your contributions will promote sound management high quality outcomes regulatory compliance continuous improvement and long-term fiscal solvency of the programs
- You are responsible for scheduling orientation problem solving communication staff education and evaluations
- You will assume delegated responsibilities in the absence of other senior managers
