Job Description
We seek a resultsdriven International Marketing Executive with Hospital experience. This role is critical in fostering relationships with global stakeholders enhancing the hospitals international patient services and driving business growth through strategic collaborations and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular correspondence with international hospitals companies doctors and medical tourism firms. Act as a single point of contact for foreign cardiologists physicians and coordinators.
- Business Development: Develop international patient business by creating tieups with global doctors and hospitals. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to expand our reach in target countries.
- Coordination & Support: Facilitate smooth hospital stays for international patients and their families. Address queries from overseas patients and medical tourism companies promptly and professionally.
- Events & Outreach: Organize events to promote medical tourism ensuring that information about Asian Heart Institutes facilities reaches international doctors patients and decisionmakers.
- Feedback & Relationships: Maintain records of feedback from referring doctors and ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Travel: Travel internationally for business development and client engagement as needed.
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university with a preference for MBA MHA or DHA.
- 2 years of experience ininternational business development / sales / marketing for healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with international doctors and patient facilitators.
