Position Purpose:
TheSenior Analyst Strategic Data Partnershipsis responsible for developing and implementing adatadriven marketing analytics strategyto support business initiatives. This role involves analyzing multiple data sources includingsales demographics customer behavior and market trends to identify key insights that drivecontinuous improvement and business growth. The Senior Analyst collaborates withcrossfunctional teamsto leverage analytical tools uncover patterns and provide actionable recommendations that enhancemarketing effectivenessand support overall business objectives. Additionally this role involves designing and executing strategies forexternal data partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals and analyzing key performance drivers to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20 Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.
- 20 Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
- 20 Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.
- 10 Work with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards.
- 10 Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.
- 10 Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel.

- Reports to Sr Manager

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10 of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Responsible for helping others and providing onthejob training or guidance
- Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access
- Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; selfstarter
