Job Description
As a Growth Operations Analyst you will ensure CRM accuracy analyze sales pipeline trends generate key reports and support process optimization across global teams. Youll play a critical role in enabling sales efficiency and driving data-backed decision-making.

Your Daily Tasks
CRM Data Accuracy & Integrity
- Perform regular data audits to maintain clean and reliable CRM records focusing on lead stage headcount and segmentation fields
- Identify and resolve duplicate outdated or incomplete data entries
- Support the rollout of data validation processes and rules
Lead Pipeline Management
- Monitor pipeline health by tracking stage progression and identifying bottlenecks
- Run weekly audits to ensure timely updates and adherence to lead management SLAs by Sales and Growth Admin
- Tag and escalate issues related to delayed or misrouted leads
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare draft versions of key reports including the Weekly Sales Leaderboard Pipeline Reports and Monthly Summaries
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards to support sales leadership and revenue forecasting
- Provide first-pass analysis of pipeline trends gaps and velocity
Data Management & Cross-Department Alignment
- Align data across Sales Marketing and Enablement functions
- Participate in cleanup projects involving territory alignment lead scoring and campaign attribution
- Assist in syncing and deduplication efforts between systems
Process Optimization & Documentation
- Support the rollout and adoption of new workflows processes and tools
- Document new processes create SOPs and assist with internal training materials
- Monitor usage metrics and flag areas of low adoption or system inefficiencies
- Capture feedback from end users and escalate process issues to the Growth Ops Manager
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 3 years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Growth Operations or similar roles
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data manipulation skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for clean structured data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with reporting tools (Looker Power BI or HubSpot dashboards) is a plus
- Ability to work independently while aligning with larger team goals
