La Direction Solutions Risque de Cr dit et cosyst me GRC accompagne les co quipiers d affaires en fournissant des syst mes technologiques de gestion du risque de cr dit. Ces syst mes permettent entre autres la divulgation du capital r glementaire l AMF et le calcul du capital conomique. Nous sommes galement responsables de l expertise de l cosyst me desservant le secteur du risque non financier et de la conformit .
En tant quAnalyste Configurateur(trice) Archer vous jouerez un r le cl dans lanalyse des besoins des responsables de produit et des co quipiers daffaires. Vous les accompagnerez dans la d finition de leurs besoins les orienterez vers des solutions technologiques fonctionnelles appropri es tout en tenant compte des contraintes budg taires et des d lais de livraison. Vous contribuerez la mise en place de plusieurs solutions avec le progiciel Archer. Plus pr cis ment vous serez responsable de la conception de la configuration de ladministration de la maintenance et de l volution des solutions technologiques tout en assurant une stabilit dans leur utilisation croissante. Vous pourrez galement tre appel (e) agir en tant que personne-ressource au sein de l quipe de projet pour l implantation de diff rentes applications du progiciel Archer. Vous collaborerez avec les co quipiers d affaires pour identifier les opportunit s d am lioration proposer et recommander des solutions afin d optimiser et de faire voluer les services les outils les processus et les m thodes de travail.
Responsabilit s principales:
- Travailler en cocr ation avec les co quipiers d affaires sur l laboration des besoins et la gestion des carnets de produits (backlogs)
- D finir les sp cifications fonctionnelles en collaboration avec le Product Owner et l quipe de projet
- Concevoir configurer administrer maintenir et faire voluer les solutions technologiques du progiciel Archer tout en assurant une stabilit dans leur utilisation croissante
- Participer aux d finitions orientations et raffinements des diff rentes port es de livraison (r cits planification et r trospective de sprint essais)
- Prendre en charge l laboration des strat gies li es aux essais fonctionnels
- D finir et ex cuter les essais automatis s et/ou manuels dans une perspective de bout en bout
- Produire ou mettre jour la documentation requise
Mode de travail : Hybride 2 jours pr sentiel au centre-ville de Montr al

Job Description:
IMPORTANT: The candidate may be located elsewhere in Canada and work 100% remotely. They may also be English-speaking only. What truly matters is proven experience in Archer configuration.
The Credit Risk Solutions and GRC Ecosystem Division supports business teammates by providing technological systems for credit risk management. These systems enable among other things the disclosure of regulatory capital to the AMF and the calculation of economic capital. We are also responsible for the expertise around the ecosystem that supports non-financial risk and compliance sectors.
As an Archer Configuration Analyst you will play a key role in analyzing the needs of product managers and business teammates. You will help define their needs guide them toward appropriate functional technology solutions while considering budget and delivery timeline constraints. You will contribute to the implementation of several solutions using the Archer software package. More specifically you will be responsible for the design configuration administration maintenance and evolution of the technology solutions while ensuring their stability in an environment of growing usage. You may also be called upon to act as a subject-matter expert within the project team for the implementation of various Archer applications. You will collaborate with business teammates to identify improvement opportunities propose and recommend solutions to optimize and evolve services tools processes and work methods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-create with business teammates to define needs and manage product backlogs
- Define functional specifications in collaboration with the Product Owner and project team
- Design configure administer maintain and evolve the technological solutions using the Archer software while ensuring stability amid increasing usage
- Participate in definition direction and refinement of various delivery scopes (stories sprint planning and retrospective testing)
- Lead the development of strategies for functional testing
- Define and execute automated and/or manual end-to-end tests
- Produce or update required documentation
Work Mode: Hybrid 2 days on-site in downtown Montreal
Contract Duration: 12 months

- Exp rience en technologies de linformation
- Exp rience dans un environnement de travail Agile
- Esprit d analyse aiguis et excellentes comp tences en r solution de probl mes
- Exp rience dans le domaine des risques op rationnels (un atout)
- Connaissance du domaine du risque bancaire (un atout)
Connaissances sp cifiques:
- Connaissance du cycle de vie d un progiciel id alement Archer (un aout)
- Connaissance de langlais de niveau interm diaire
