- Permanent Part time 20 hours per Fortnight More Shifts in Biloela QLD
- Community Access and Lifestyle Centre Support
- Day Shifts and 1 Weekend Per Fortnight

We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers with excellent availability to join our dedicated team in Biloela. If you have a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities and are flexible to work various shifts including mornings and afternoons including some weekends we would love to hear from you!
What Youll Do: About this role:
Providing Community Access to our clients you will support and assist people with disabilities by organising activities designed to help develop practical life skills and to identify their goals for daily living community participation learning and building relationships and of course having fun!
- Assisting with personal care as required meal planning cooking light cleaning and facilitating community connections.
- Supporting daily activities such as going for walks attending movies or accompanying appointments.
- Helping maintains connections with family friends and services.
What We Look For:
- Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
- Experience and empathy in providing highquality support and fostering independence for clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days early mornings and weekends.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
- Good computer skills and experience with Word Excel and Outlook.
