Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide IT support on our systems to customers

Prioritize tickets and solve (complex) technical questions or malfunctions

Remote work on our product (Watch-it Core)

Working closely with our audit center in Cluj (Romania) and colleagues in Netherlands and Germany

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- University diploma

- Good to excellent English language skills

- Good to excellent German language skills

- Excellent Computing skills

- a Technical mindset with solutions for troubleshooting

- soft skills like critical observation teamwork communication problem solving are a plus
