Position Summary
Sands Capital is looking for a Research Analyst that has strong domain expertise with experience working across the Consumer/Industrial/Technology sectors to join us as a member of our Investment Team. The Research Analyst will act as a thought leader for fundamental growth investments in developed markets with a primary focus on the US.
In coordination with Sands Capitals strategies Research Analysts identify and recommend businesses that meet Sands Capitals six investment criteria. Research Analysts typically have 7 years of investment experience deep domain expertise a strong investing track record and highly effective communication skills.
Work Expectations:
This role is expected to work from our Arlington Virginia office (HQ) on a hybrid schedule of 23 days per week inoffice (specifically Tuesdays and Wednesdays) or as directed by your manager depending on the role and team needs. Please know that the hybrid schedule is subject to change as directed by our Executive Management Team at any time.

Salary and Benefits:
Sands Capital offers competitive compensation and generous benefits. For this role the salary range is $200000 $250000 and will be determined by the candidates professional experience and relevant knowledge skills and abilities. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. Sands Capital may also pay a discretionary performancebased bonus which is targeted as a percentage of base salary and varies by position and position level. The actual bonus paid if any is based on the achievement of quantitative and/ or qualitative goals as well as the success of the firm.
