About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to play a keyrole in shaping how our innovative methane detection solutions are positionedand communicated to the market. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing andworking closely with the Product Team this role sits at the intersection ofProduct Engineering Sales and Marketing.

The Product Marketing Manager will define productpositioning messaging and gotomarket strategies ensuring that oursolutions resonate with our target audiences in the oil and gas industry. Thisrole is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a crossfunctionalenvironment effectively communicating with both internal teams and externalstakeholders to develop compelling narratives that align with customer needsand market demands.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clearcompelling messaging that articulates the value of our technology anddifferentiates Bridger in the market.
  
• GoToMarket Strategy: Develop and of gotomarketplans for new product launches ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  
• Market & Customer Insights: Leverage market research andcustomer insights to shape product narratives enhance positioning and informfeature development.
  
• Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with effectivecollateral training materials and competitive insights to support customerconversations.
  
• Content Development: Collaborate with the broader marketingteam to create highimpact content including whitepapers case studieswebsite copy and presentations.
  
• Customer Communications: Define and refine communicationstrategies for product updates feature releases and customer engagementinitiatives.
  
• Performance Metrics & Optimization: Track and analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize messaging campaigns andengagement strategies.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product marketing productmanagement or a related field preferably in B2B technology energy orenvironmental solutions.
  
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities intoclear customercentric value propositions.
  
• Experience with gotomarket strategy product launches andpositioning in a fastgrowing company.
  
• Strong project management and crossfunctional collaborationskills.
  
• Ability to synthesize market insights customer feedbackand competitive analysis to refine messaging and inform product direction.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with atalent for storytelling.
  
• Experience working with CRM marketing automation andanalytics tools is a plus.

• This role may require travel.
