You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe FLEX Manager Business Development is responsible to grow the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) business across assigned US/Canada markets. The role will for prospect qualify sell to and vet home management companies (HMCs) to partner with HVMB. To accomplish this the FLEX Manager will build and manage a sales funnel and implement an effective strategy to meet monthly and annual goals. Success in the position requires working at a fast pace employing problem solving and project management skills to onboard HMCs to meet individual unit goals with vacation property inventory that contributes to team goals on Revenue Booking Rate and Intent to Recommend.

The pay range for this position is $35.48 to $48.65 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
