Pay: $24/hour
Shift:
- Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the frontline of our company providing timely and effective support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include data entry tasks and responding to customer inquiries via email. In your first three hours youll tackle 200 emails showcasing your efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage a high volume of emails efficiently to ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in data entry and email management tools.
