Job Description
Goldsteins Bagels & Bialys in Boise ID is looking for an outgoing staff leader with FOH and BOH experience to help lead our team. Our restaurant is fast paced dynamic and growing. We are looking for a candidate that is seeking professional growth in an independent restaurant company.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management team to execute our standards and goals
- Train incoming staff
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff members tasks to ensure timely
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
- Manage the daytoday restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- At least 1 year experience in a leadership role in a restaurant
- Experience Training people in a culinary environment
- Experience Training people in a customer service environment
- Experience problem solving POS and other tech issues in a restaurant
