Office Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Executive to support our growing team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations and assisting other team members with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for senior management.
- Preparing and maintaining office records and files.
- Answering and directing phone calls taking messages and managing incoming correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Performing other general administrative duties as assigned.
- Proactively identifying and resolving administrative issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and accuracy focused.
