Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused and proactive Frontline Hospitality Specialist with solid experience in the hospitality industry and working with hospitality systems. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment have a great attitude and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences we want to hear from you!
Requirements
Proven experience in the hospitality industry (frontline roles preferred).
Proficiency in hospitality systems (e.g. PMS POS or booking platforms).
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
A positive proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
