Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday to Friday Central Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic social media professional to join a growing business that values creativity and innovation over template-based work. You ll be working with established entrepreneurs who have built a successful brand and are ready to take their social media presence to the next level. The role involves managing multiple social media platforms creating engaging content from existing materials and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize engagement and growth. You ll have access to extensive video content established brand guidelines and the creative freedom to develop and execute your own strategic vision. This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact on a brand s digital growth while working with a team that appreciates sophisticated social media expertise.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and TikTok
- Create and maintain detailed content calendars for all social media platforms
- Design compelling graphics and visual content using Canva or other preferred design tools
- Edit and optimize videos using CapCut and other video editing software
- Manage website updates on WIX and Kajabi platforms (no coding required - plug and play)
- Design book pages and course materials following established brand guidelines
- Track and analyze engagement metrics and social media performance data
- Transform existing high-quality content templates and video materials into engaging social media posts
- Stay current with social media algorithms and platform trends to optimize content performance
- Work independently to implement creative strategies without requiring micromanagement
- Strong creative thinking abilities with a focus on original content strategy beyond basic template work
- Current knowledge of social media algorithms trends and best practices across major platforms
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva or similar platforms)
- Video editing experience preferably with CapCut or comparable software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without requiring constant supervision
- Excellent English communication skills for professional collaboration
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement tracking
- Experience developing content calendars and strategic posting schedules
- Ability to transform existing content into fresh engaging social media formats
- Preference for candidates who stay current with rapidly evolving social media landscape rather than relying solely on years of experience
