Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

The Data Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining data accuracy integrity and availability across company systems. This role involves supporting internal teams by managing databases troubleshooting data-related issues processing large datasets and assisting in reporting and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter update and verify data in internal systems and databases.

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.

  • Support teams with data requests queries and basic reporting needs.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and quality.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

  • Create and maintain documentation for data entry processes and support workflows.

  • Assist with data imports exports and system integrations as needed.

  • Monitor data flows and system alerts to ensure proper operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

  • Familiarity with data governance or data quality best practices.

  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g. Python Excel macros) is a plus.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1 2 years of experience in a data entry support or administrative role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with database systems (e.g. SQL CRM platforms).

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic data-related issues.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
