We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This fully remote position is responsible for processing incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency while providing top-tier customer service support. You ll be a key part of ensuring seamless transactions in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems
Verify order details pricing and product availability
Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
Collaborate with other remote departments including sales inventory and billing
Maintain organized records and generate reports as needed
1 year of experience in order entry data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
