Purpose of the Position:
The Case Manager/Therapist Indigenous Youth/EPI Worker is a vital member of the Parry Sound team dedicated to supporting Indigenous youth and their families through culturally sensitive mental health and wellness services. This role focuses on building strong trustbased relationships within the community and schools such as the Parry Sound High School to support youth at risk and coordinate care with faculty community leaders and mental health and addiction resources. While aspects of early psychosis intervention may be included this position centers on youthfocused outreach and culturally relevant support.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of two based in Parry Sound with comprehensive support from a separate EPI team in Muskoka and the larger regional program fostering a network of shared knowledge and resources.

Salary scale:
Case Manager: $29.26 $38.32 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Therapist: $35.90 to $44.26 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Benefits: Optional enrolment in Registered Retirement Plan with HOOPP where contributions start on date of hire.
Both the Case Manager/Therapist and Nurse roles are integral parts of the Parry Sound team and benefit from support provided by the Muskoka EPI team and the regional program. This collaborative approach ensures a strong network of resources and shared expertise fostering effective and culturally safe service delivery.
