Position Summary
The Product Manager specializes in leading the design development and management of a specific hardware or software product or a portfolio of products from initial definition and planning through production release and eventual retirement. This role acts as a primary point of contact coordinating across design process manufacturing testing quality and marketing to support the product lifecycle from production through distribution.
In this position you will guide the content and product portfolio planning for PTG/Felt Tables aligning R&D investments with commercial objectives and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include managing commercial partner requirements delivering product specifications to R&D ensuring development aligns with product expectations consulting with global product teams and maintaining a competitive market offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product requirements to R&D overseeing the development lifecycle and guiding products through each StageGate.
Partner with technical project management to develop methods and procedures for project tracking keeping management informed on project statuses.
Enhance product performance to deliver optimal customer solutions.
Serve as the main liaison across compliance commercial design and development teams within the PTG/Felt business segment.
Provide detailed product information to senior management crossdepartmental teams Sales and customers through presentations product briefs and demonstrations.
Support internal product management reporting needs.
Assist in commercialization efforts coordinating prelaunch activities with Marketing Sales and Manufacturing.
Act as the PTG/Felt product line expert understanding L&W products and the competitive landscape.
Maintain competitive advantage and deliver exceptional customer experience through productfocused initiatives and content management.
Oversee product testing to ensure commercial teams have access to leading PTG/Felt content for market release.
Qualifications
812 years of experience in product management or a similar role with product ownership.
Preferred experience in the gaming industry and a background in PTG/Felt.
Strong understanding of PTG/Felt gaming industry trends and indepth knowledge of PTG/Felt gaming content.
Highly selfdirected motivated detailoriented and accurate.
Excellent project prioritization skills with the ability to work in fastpaced environments and meet deadlines.
Proficient in coordinating crossfunctional team efforts.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a systematic approach to achieving desired results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels.
