Whatyourwork schedulewould be:
Your work hours are based during the traditional business week but requires the flexibility toattend to ondemand facilityneeds either onor off site as needed.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Is a licensedto practice nursingin theState of Michiganas aRegisteredNursewith a preference for aBachelorsDegreeNursing in addition.
Has proven leadership ability with at least two(2 years successful longterm care experience measured by positive outcomes inresident care andfinancial management of clinical services.
Has excellentpeople management skills with theabilityto build a sense teammotivate challengesupervise instruct andprovideformal and informal performance feedback and coaching.
Has strongmix ofassessmentorganizationalanalyticaland communicationskills toswiftlyandproperlyrespond prioritize and communicate competing demands.
Ability to read analyze and interpret professional journals technical procedures and governmental regulations. Andto communicate orally andthroughwritten reports and other documents relating to resident staff and others. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives managers clients customers and the public.
