Job Description
Lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for the property. Play a key role in ensuring the appearance functionality and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies that support efficiency and sustainability.
- Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains the physical assets at their highest level.
- Emphasis on planning organizing and directing activities that are concerned with the maintenance structures facilities and systems.
- Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge and expertise.
- Accountable for managing the budget capital expenditure projects preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
- Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance
- Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability excellence and proactive maintenance practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
- Proven leadership management and administrative skills.
- Successful management of key talent and culture processes to include recruiting performance management and team and culture development.
- Extensive knowledge of building trades and overall mechanics of building operations and maintenance.
