Job Summary:
We are hiring an experiencedAccountExecutiveto provide excellent client support and to deepen relationships with key client stakeholders. Ensuring that we build trustful healthy strategic relationships withallour clients is a top operational priority. In this role you will be the face of theVetspireorganization to a growing number ofVetspireclient accounts. Youll be expected to builda positiverapport andcreate longlasting relationships with the client accounts you manage. In this capacity you will answer questions on generalVetspirebusiness project status roadmap development and more. You will hear about support issues problems / bugs with the clients user base and be expected to help troubleshoot where possible and escalate as appropriate within the greaterVetspireteam.

Responsibilities:
  • Will act as thepoint of contact for client account management matters
  • Build longlasting mutually beneficial relationships withkey business executives and stakeholders at each client account
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needsand explainVetspiresvalue. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and empathy in how you interact with your clients.
  • Proactively update clients brainstorm creative solutions to problems.
  • Become a subject matter expert of theVetspireplatformsoyou can teach clients all the tricks for how to get the most out ofVetspire and display proficiency in answering their usecase questions. Stay up to date on new platform features and enhancements to inform yourtrainingand conversations.
  • Respond to client needs bring about solutions in a timely manner and maintain transparent communications about the process until a case is brought to completion.
  • Analyze and investigate problems to understand issues accurately.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at one time while remaining engaged in the details of each.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication as well asexpectation management with the clients while fixes are being made.
  • Keep detailed accurate records of each client interaction complaint problem and solution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitateclient needs
  • Forecast and track key account metrics; prepare reports on account status
  • Be able to negotiate with clients in an assertive but positive manner when needed
  • Be able to handle client relationship management no matter what is happening with that clients development requests.
  • Manage a pipeline of business and move it through the phases of the funnel.
Key Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years minimum in an account management or sales role working with executive leadership SaaS sales skill preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Go out of your way to supportallour clients
  • Strong utilization and understanding of CRM
  • Travel to client sites and for conferences and meetings will be required which is estimated to be 30 to support business needs
