Compensation: Up to 8 LPA
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Business Loan Against Property (LAP) for our prime segment vertical in Panipat. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and managing DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and a proven track record in the Business LAP segment. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving business through quality lead generation and relationship management.
Drive sales of Business Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the prime segment.
Identify onboard and manage DSAs to generate business leads.
Ensure high conversion rates and portfolio quality.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal process requirements.
Minimum 2 years of stability in your current organization is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in Business LAP (Prime Segment only).
Mandatory experience in DSA sourcing and handling.
Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
Strong knowledge of LAP products underwriting norms and market trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business or a related field.
Candidates with experience in NBFCs private banks or fintech will be preferred.
Local market knowledge of Panipat and surrounding areas is an advantage.
